HOW SOON CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Occasionally during peak season we ship in 2 business days. We ship UPS Ground or by US Mail if your shipping address is a PO Box. Transit time is from 1-4 days depending on your location. If you need it faster then normal Ground service times we offer Next Day and 2nd Day expedited carrier shipping services. If there is any problem, out of stock or shipping delay with your order we will contact you by email or phone. If you need your order delivered by a certain day (especially Fridays), we STRONGLY suggest that you email us to verify your order can be shipped and delivered when you need it.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING, TAX AND HANDLING CHARGES?
Shipping is Free in the continental U.S. on orders of $99 or more. If your order totals less, select View Cart from any page, enter your zip code where prompted and the shipping charge will be shown in the order summary.
Unlike some other websites, we show you any shipping charges before you need to complete any personal information to place an order.
YOUR PRICES ARE GENERALLY LOWER THEN OTHER SELLERS. HOW DO YOU DO IT?
By being a high volume retailer of quality products. Our costs are lower and so are our selling prices.
DO YOU SEND SPAM MAIL OR SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
No. Other then your order acknowledgement and order receipt which are automatically sent to you by email you won't hear from us although we would like to hear from you to tell us how we did on your order. We value our reputation and your confidence in us to safeguard any personal information required to complete your order.
I LIVE IN SPAIN. WHY WON'T YOU ACCEPT MY CREDIT CARD?
Visa and Mastercard do not have a system to verify foreign addresses. This is why we do not accept credit card payments from outside North America. Foreign orders require payment by Western Union, bank wire transfer or Google Checkout with a confirmed address. Contact us by email for more details.
I'M NOT SURE ABOUT A FELT COLOR. CAN I GET A SAMPLE?
No problem. Just send us an email and if available we will send you a few swatches at no charge.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR. WHAT CAN I DO?
Just email or call us and we can arrange an exchange.
